| Jane Stewart’s Original Music
Jane has written songs since her childhood. She initially wrote as a way of expressing herself and her emotions. Since her songs were so personal, she rarely shared them with anyone. Even when she began to share her songs with others, her dream was only that one or two people might relate and find her songs helpful or comforting in some way. Jane is delighted that hundreds of people have now enjoyed her compositions through her CD’s. Check out her latest albums.... |

IN YOUR ARMS - By Jane Stewart Released 2006 Jane’s latest CD is an album of lullabies, written as a love song from the heart of God to all of His precious children. The music is gentle and tranquil – sounds of serenity and comfort. The inspiration for Jane’s lyrics is found in the Psalms and the book of Isaiah, and she uses the images of God as our loving and tender parent. “This album works when nothing else does, to settle my grandchildren" -Jan Listen to excerpts from this CD:

BE STILL - By Jane Stewart Released 2004 In this album Jane combines the dual themes of suffering and God’s overwhelming love for His people. The styles of these songs reflect Jane’s many influences – from madrigals through gospel to dance music. Although Jane’s songs are piano-based, on “Be Still” she makes use of live drums and guitar. “I couldn’t part with any of your CDs” – Margaret Listen to excerpts from this CD:

FLY AWAY - By Jane Stewart Released 2002 After a lengthy illness, Jane collected these songs which she had written during the years of struggling to find God’s place in her illness. The songs work through her tough times, and many find their inspiration in the Psalms. The music finds its influence in the sounds of Celtic music, as well as modern, soul and classical music. This, Jane’s first EP, found much popularity and enjoyed radio airplay on many local and community stations around Australia and is currently being played on Christian radio in Scotland! This is still my favourite of Jane’s albums” - Elizabeth Listen to excerpts from this CD:
